DesktopX 3.1 problem

Anyone else having problems with DesktopX 3.1 freezing up occasionally?
Also, have you noticed that the link to 'My Computer' has dissapeared along with the ability to create a 'date' plugin.

Yes - and I also loose my toolbar on Outlook Express when I shut it down.
